Shipping policy

Shipping uses FedEx to deliver wine and accessories in states (where legal): AK, CA, DC, FL, ID, KS, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NM, NY, OH, OR, WA, WI

Legal Notification

All wines are sold in California, and the title passes to the buyer in California. Domaine Dardagny INC. makes no representations concerning the legal rights of any person or company to ship or import wines into any state or country. Domaine Dardagny INC. may be unable to ship wine to certain states or counties within the United States. The buyer is solely responsible for shipments of wines. When placing an order, you authorize Domaine Dardagny INC. to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the items in your order. Domaine Dardagny INC. does not take responsibility for any legal actions regarding the transport, distribution, seizure, or forfeiture of any product sold to any client that chooses to engage in shipments with a common carrier outside the state of California. As the buyer, you take all responsibility for any and all actions and legal actions related to the transaction or shipping of the contents of your transaction. 

Wines and/or spirits may be sold only to persons at least 21 years old. When placing your order, you represent to Domaine Dardagny INC. that you are at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old.

How much does it cost to get items shipped?

The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the contents and the service selected for shipment. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update as items are added or removed.

Is the time of delivery guaranteed?

No. FedEx will provide the estimated delivery time, but delays may occur due to increased volume service, the impact of uncontrollable events such as COVID-19, or weather conditions. Our company is not responsible for delays. We do not guarantee or infer guarantee that your order will arrive within any specific time frame or intact. We will, however, work with all parties to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

We offer Free Local Delivery on all purchases to locations in the California Bay Area and Sacramento. Local deliveries go out three times per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. All orders are processed within three business days after the purchase is made. For example, if you purchased wine on Tuesday, your order will go out for Saturday's delivery. When checking out, an option for local delivery will be available under the delivery method section. If no local delivery option is available, your delivery location is outside our available delivery area. If our local delivery coverage does not extend to you directly and you are located near the California Bay Area or Sacramento areas, please contact us here to see if there is anything we can do to make it to your destination.
